How can I Determine or Adequately Measure My Health Success?

An extensive and comprehensive health history, timeline, and frequency evaluation are comepleted upon initial evaluation, along with physical assessment to give us a snapshot of our client’s health baseline.  From the baseline a customized protocol is developed which triggers wellness metric milestones and reporting.  Our clients are then able to interact, follow and track their success, as well as make protocol adjustments to engage in a positive journey for optimal health.


What Changes Am I going to Have to Make?

Good health is our clients choice, their level of commitment and engagement will drive the success of their recovery and restoration.  We have teams and consultation available through each phase of our programs that provide the encouragement need to help sustain optimal health.

Depending on level of degenerative phase, life style changes will be necessary. There are resources available to assist with transitions that adapt to our clients profile.


Should I stop my medications as a client of your practice?

No, you should not. You should always consult with your medical doctor about any changes you want to make with your medications.  We strongly believe and support an Integrative approach, we may ask for a medical release in order to engage therapeutic conversations with the primary physician to maximize health benefits.


What Can I Expect From a Typical Appointmeny?

Initial consultation is approx 1.5 hours or less.  We require a comprehensive Health History, Emotional Frequency, and Consent Form to be filled out and returned 24 hours prior to initial consultation.  This allows for smooth transition, transparency and productive health consultation.

How Long is The Healing Process?

Depending on the deprivation level, it could range as little as 45 days to a year or more.  We offer a signature 120 day Renewal Protocol to rebalance biochemistry – 

Since Health is our client’s choice, Healing and restoration will depend on the level of commitment and engagement of the client.  We provide resources to help assist with the healing process.

We make ourselves available through email for short quick FAQ questions that can typically be address quickly.  For in-depth explanations would require an (1st visit) initial consultation.

Do You except insurance?

We are currently in the process of structuring for major heath insurance plan this time and will be available in the near future.  However, your insurance company may cover our services, but we cannot guarantee this. Your coverage will depend on your insurance carrier and the type of converge you have. Please retain your receipt if you plan to submit a claim to your insurance.

Health Savings Accounts or Flexible Spending Accounts, offered by some insurance plans and employers, are another option for paying for our services.


When is payment for your services expected?

Payment is due at the time service is provided. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks and most credit cards. If paying by credit card, the person whose name appears on the card must be present at the time the card is used, or we must have a signed credit card authorization form signed on file.
